Delivery time

The law gives you 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without having to give a reason.

Exercising your right

Inform us of your decision with a clear statement, for example by email to contact@schwibo.com. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal

We refund all payments received within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof that it has been sent back.

You return the product within 14 days of informing us of your decision, to the address we give you. The direct cost of returning it is at your expense.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
