Data collected

• Order: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, order contents.
• Customer account (optional): login details and order history.
• Contact: name, email, order number and message.
• Payment: handled directly by Stripe; we do not store any card number.
• Browsing: strictly necessary cookies only (see the cookie policy).

Purposes and legal bases

• Processing and delivering your orders: performance of the contract.
• Replying to your messages: legitimate interest.
• Keeping our accounts: legal obligation.
• Sending you offers, if you agreed: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Recipients

Your data is shared only with the providers needed for your order: Stripe (payment), AutoDS and our suppliers (preparation and shipping), carriers, and Hostinger (website and email hosting).

Transfers outside the EU

As our products ship from suppliers’ warehouses located outside the European Union, your name, delivery address and phone number are passed to them for shipping. AutoDS and Stripe may also process some data outside the European Union. These transfers are necessary to fulfil your order and must be covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention period

Order data: 7 years (accounting obligation). Messages: 3 years. Marketing data: 3 years after the last contact.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, erasure or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@schwibo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be) or the authority in your country.
