Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. Seller
Products are sold by MUGISHA Jean Claude, self-employed as a secondary occupation, trading under the name Schwibo, rue Andrée De Jongh 18, 1020 Brussels, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 1041.962.122. Contact: contact@schwibo.com.
2. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed on schwibo.com by a consumer residing in the European Union or Switzerland. By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted them. The applicable version is the one in force on the day of the order; the confirmation sent by email serves as the record of the contract.
3. Products and prices
The essential characteristics of each product are shown on its page. Photographs are as accurate as possible; slight colour differences may appear depending on the screen.
Prices are shown in euros. Schwibo operates under the special small business VAT exemption scheme (article 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code): Schwibo charges no VAT. Shipping is free. The struck-through price shown during a promotion is the lowest price applied during the 30 days before the reduction.
A discount applies automatically from 2 or 3 units of the same product; its amount is shown on the product page and in the cart.
Offers are valid while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after the order, the customer is informed by email and refunded within 14 days at the latest.
4. Order
The order is concluded when the customer confirms payment. A confirmation summarising the order, together with the invoice, is sent by email. Schwibo may refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is due when ordering, by bank card or by the other methods offered at checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, Link depending on device and country), through the secure provider Stripe. Schwibo never has access to the customer’s card details.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped from our suppliers’ warehouse, located outside the European Union, to the address given by the customer, in the countries listed on the page Shipping and returns. Shipping is free. The order is prepared within 1 to 3 working days, then delivered in 10 to 20 working days. The maximum delivery time is 35 days from the order; after that, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon receipt of the parcel.
An order containing several products may be delivered in several parcels.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without having to give a reason. The procedure and the form are on the page Right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
8. Legal guarantee
All products benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a defect, the customer writes to contact@schwibo.com with their order number and a photo: Schwibo offers a replacement or, failing that, a refund of the product.
9. Liability
Schwibo cannot be held liable for a delay or failure caused by force majeure or by the customer. Products must be used in accordance with their instructions and the safety guidance shown on their page.
10. Complaints and disputes
Any complaint may be sent to contact@schwibo.com. Failing an amicable solution, the customer may contact the Consumer Mediation Service free of charge, North Gate II, boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Brussels (www.mediationconsommateur.be), or the European Consumer Centre in their country. These terms are governed by Belgian law, without depriving the consumer of the protection granted by the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
