  1. Order<\/strong> \u2014 you receive a confirmation and your invoice by email as soon as payment is approved.<\/li>\n\n
  2. Preparation<\/strong> \u2014 your order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 working days from our supplier\u2019s warehouse.<\/li>\n\n
  3. Tracking<\/strong> \u2014 a tracking number is sent to you when each parcel ships.<\/li>\n\n
  4. Delivery<\/strong> \u2014 your parcel arrives 10 to 20 working days after shipping.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Delivery times and rates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Our objects ship directly from our suppliers\u2019 warehouse, located outside the European Union. That is what lets us offer gentle prices, in exchange for a longer wait than a local shipment. Delivery times apply after shipping, in working days, and are indicative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The maximum delivery time is 35 days from your order: after that, you may cancel and receive a full refund. An order with several products may arrive in several parcels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Parcel tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    As soon as your order ships, an email sends you the tracking number and the carrier\u2019s link. Tracking can take a few days to activate while the parcel is processed internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Duties and taxes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Schwibo operates under the small business VAT exemption scheme: Schwibo charges no VAT. Parcels coming from outside the European Union are subject to import VAT in the country of delivery. For Switzerland, import duties and taxes may also be requested on delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Returning a product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You have 14 days after receipt to return a product, without having to give a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Write to us at contact@schwibo.com<\/a> with your order number and the products concerned.<\/li>\n\n
    2. We send you the return address and instructions.<\/li>\n\n
    3. Send the product back complete, in its original packaging if possible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Return costs are at your expense, unless the product is faulty or does not match your order. The withdrawal form is available on the page Right of withdrawal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, using the payment method used for the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Damaged or wrong product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
